20 minutes and counting.... the javaw.exe is still sitting there - no CPU
consumed.
Fresh unzip on alt drive - startup, Help->Help contents, close. Hangs in the
background as before.
(Waited 15 mins).
I've heard from others that it comes and goes on their machine. I've also
heard from a team-mate that it started on their machine - but when I tried to
make it happen a week or three ago - it would not.
The lack of consistency - even on the machines in my office - is frustrating.
