[news.eclipse.tools] -data and the window title

I have a usability suggestion. When the -data parameter is used, it would be
nice to add the workspace that you are working on to the window title.

When I have multiple workspaces open I forget which is which.  Even when I
only have one open, I sometimes forget which one I have open.
