[news.eclipse.tools] Eclipse drop 0.043 posted to downloads area

Build 0.043 has now been posted to the downloads area.  The base Platform
APIs are now largely stable as of this build - see the individual release
notes for information on changes. There will continue to be some relatively
modest changes to the API to address serious limitations and defects. All
APIs are enumerated in the JavaDoc which is included in the doc zip with
each drop.  You can now also browse the latest doc, release notes, and
JavaDoc API's online. NOTE: Packages, classes, and interfaces not documented
in the JavaDoc are not API.
