[news.eclipse.tools] Installation tool recommended

Hello,

I know that installation support for Eclipse is still under development,
but I just wanted to find out if there are any current installation tools
being used by the different Eclipse plugin tools.  I wanted to know what
installation products are being used, specifically if InstallShield for
Windows Installer or 
Microsoft Windows Installer is being used?  

I would like to sign up for a class since I don't have any experience with
these tools and I'm not sure what to sign up for at this time.  I have
alot of knowledge and experience using the InstallShield Multi-Platform
(Java Edition) tool, but I've been hearing rumors that the WebSphere
Studio Workbench doesn't use this and our group would like to follow what
is being done for this tool.
