Cheng-Yee,
There are several places you can look for information on pages, perspectives
etc. These include the javadoc and the existing perspective definitions in
XML.  Although these do no describe how these areas have changed they should
help in understanding the current state.

In addition if you have specific questions on how to take advantage of
pages, perspectives, views etc, I recommend posting here and likely someone
from the newsgroup community or the eclipse team will have some ideas.
