[news.eclipse.tools] Drop 046

Those of you using drop 046 may experience a NullPointerException when
clicking off
of  certain menus (e.g the system menu associated with the Workbench
window).
Although we do not provide defect tracking or fixes through this forum, I
thought
I'd pass along this gotcha since it is easy to stumble into it. The problem
will
be corrected in a subsequent drop.
