Note also that the only substantive difference between Xerces 1.2.1 and
XML4J 3.01 is a set of 4 classes which IBM includes for compatibility with
older versions of XML4J. The Xerces doc includes a page which describes how
to convert from XML4J 2.* to Xerces 1.2. Its pretty simple.
