Well if I might suggest some enhancements:

MoSCoW
M - MUST have this.
S - SHOULD have this if at all possible.
C - COULD have this if it does not effect anything else.
W - WON'T have this time but would like in the future.

[M] Please open a public wiki. Documentation means dead or life for 
software. Especially debugging is mysterious.
[C] Option to colourize built-in functions separately.
[M] Refactoring-tools. Most usefull would be the ability to change a 
method/function name. Might be difficult to implement
[S] seek ways to integrate with aptana [aptana.com]. Then you get Javascript 
debugging (firebug) and editor scripting for free (you call it domain 
languages, isn't it?).
[W] people developping with pdt most likely will use templates. We now can 
link content types to specific filetypes. Maybe you can give us the option 
to associate a php template class (Smarty, Savant, Zend_Template) with a 
specific "PHP template" content type, so that $this will refer to the 
user-defined template class.

The bottom line is however: pdt is great!
