Both files ZendDebugger-5.2.1-Windows-i386 and
ZendDebugger-5.2.3-Windows-i386 contain directory "5_1_x_comp" in which you
will find the file "ZendDebugger.dll" you are looking for. I suggest you
download 5.2.3
