[news.eclipse.tools.pdt] scrolling docblock

Is there a way to scroll or set a bigger size for the doc block that show 
functions documentation?

E.g. if I put the mouse over getdate(), I see only 5 cm on Y axis.

At the moment the only alternative I found is CTR-L Click to jump directly 
to the function.
