Hi,

I have resolved this problem and I hope that it helps somebody.

I have downloaded clear eclipse platform and latest PDT all-in-one, then I have copied
everything from PDT's dropin folder to the empty dropin folder of the clean eclipse

I have deleted all *php* from PDT's dropin feature and plugin folder.

I have downloaded latest M build and install it through GA update manager!!

Now everytime if will be new M build I simply uninstall PDT through update manager and
install new M

This is the clearest solution, which I know

But if pdt dev team can resolve this through pdt's update site i will be very very thankful ;)
