Generally, bug numbers == newer.
2.0.1 are maintenance fixes for 2.0.0, targeted for Eclipse 3.4.
2.1.0 is a work-in-progress, targeted for Eclipse 3.5 and to be released
at the end of June.
So, it depends on if you're using Eclipse 3.4.x or 3.5.x, really.
