| [news.eclipse.tools.pdt] Re: using PDT 1.1 with Eclipse web site projects |
I wonder if anyone been able to use PDT 1.1 with Eclipse 3.4 to work with Eclipse web site projects? Those are from @dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/org.eclipse
I've been able to see syntax highlighting for those, but php completion is not working for functions declared in project templates/includes, such as Phoenix. So, it is bit awkward to install ~30Mb worth of plugins just for syntax highlighting.
It would be nice to componentize PDT features, so it would be possible to install just the editor without debugging support and reduce the IDE footprint. Though it seem like major dependencies are in DLTK core which is also not broken down to smaller features.
