[news.eclipse.tools.pdt] How to get eclipse to open php.file in ie

When I am working a file and click Open Web Browser I expected the file
to be displayed in the defaulted browser.  IE opens but without the file.

How to I get the file I am working to open in IE. Like when you are working in dreamweaver and press f12 the browser opens and displays the file you are working on.
