It seems that PDT (I have the latest integration build) constantly
accesses the disk on any key press. This is making it very painful to edit
files over a network. PDT is the ONLY editor I have used that does this
kind of thing. My main question is how do I disable it? and then
also...What exactly is it doing and why is it necessary?

and no one provided an answer. I had stopped using PDT because of this,
but I thought I would try again...I really love the editor, but this one
thing is making it impossible to use.
