Thanks. I'm sure that's another piece of the puzzle, however, when I try
to install Webtools, I get the error message:

WST Common UI (2.0.1.v200709110622-7C5EH2E9RvTVnijrspVz0bgOmfz-)
requires plug-in "org.eclipse.draw2d (3.2.0)", or compatible.

Now, if I search for org.eclipse.draw2d, find

which appears to be documentation on the draw2d package on which the
Webtools package seems to depend.

But, based on the documentation here, I cannot determine the location
from which I can download this package.

Perhaps it should be:

http://download.eclipse.org/draw2d/updates
(following the same form as webtools)

I haven't tried this yet, but I am about to. When one gets one of those
cryptic error messages about a required plug-in, what is the
easiest/best way to determine where it can be obtained?
