I guess the easiest way is to just replace 
eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.jdt.junit_3.5.0.v20090526-2000.jar with the 
patched version from here:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=276111#c11

Or you can try to update the "Eclipse Java Development Tools" from the 
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.5.x update site.
