I guess the easiest way is to just replace eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.jdt.junit_3.5.0.v20090526-2000.jar with the patched version from here:

Or you can try to update the "Eclipse Java Development Tools" from the http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.5.x update site.

I didn't see anywhere to download Eclipse Java EE for Web Developers with the 3.5.1 maintenance version.
