When Eclipse starts, it reopens the editors that were open last time it
ran.  As the error message shows, Eclipse is trying and failing to
reopen the editor on the problematic JSP file.  To stop it from doing
so, edit the file
	<workspace>/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.ui.workbench/workbench.xml
and remove the <editor>...</editor> block for the troublesome file.
