[news.eclipse.tools.jdt] Zip Files incompatible with Windows XP Shell

When I unzip eclipse-SDK-3.2M6-win32.zip with the built-in unzip functionality from the Windows XP shell, it doesn't unzip properly. I get a 2.53MB folder as opposed to the 128MB folder I get when I use a third party unzip tool (WinRAR). The workaround is fine, but it is annoying having to diagnose this kind of thing.

Anyone else familiar with this issue?
