[news.eclipse.tools.jdt] Copy and Paste from the Eclipse Java Editor into other Applications

Hello,
Some time ago, when copying code from the Eclipse java editor into Word
or OpenOffice or into a mail or somewhere else the colors of this code
where also copied.
Currently, I am using Eclipse 3.1 M6 this feature isn't available and
code without colors looks very poor.
Can somebody tell me, why this feature was removed and if it will have a
comeback?
