[news.eclipse.tools.jdt] Re: BeanInfoPath and Flexible Java Projects

That must come from a contributed plugin because I don't see it on my 
standard Eclipse 3.1M7, unless it was added with 3.1RC1. You need to go 
to whoever contributed it to get info on it.
