[news.eclipse.tools.jdt] JUnit wizard

Is there anyway to change/edit the JUnit wizard? Because it would be nice to
set documentation stubs for each function stub JUnit wizard generates.  It
would be also nice if it were more configurable; there are hardly any
options at this time.
