I'm using 3.1M6 and I'm having trouble getting Eclipse to use the web browser I want. I've gone into preferences and set up Konqueror to be the only Web Browser and told Eclipse to use it. However, if I hit Shift-F2 over a type, Eclipse brings up Mozilla. Can anyone else confirm this is how its "supposed" to work (i.e I haven't screwed something up particular to my setup)? If so, I'll file a bug.
