[news.eclipse.tools.jdt] Installing Plugins

I just installed Eclipse on a new computer, and want to migrate my
plugins over to the new computer as well.  Specifically, I use the
viPlugin.  I copied the folder from my old Eclipse plugin directory to
my new one, but nothing happens when I start up my new Eclipse.

I checked the plugins docs, too, which say to right-click the toolbar
to get a menu which will allow you to activate the plugin, but no such
menu appears when you right click.

Anyone know how to do this?
