Apologies for not responding promptly. The problem appears to be that the 
feature definitions are specifying the wrong plugin versions. I will 
follow up on this and see that it gets resolved. A few other comments I 
have..

- Hyades 3.2 is not officially supported on eclipse 3.1. Although it may 
work, it is untested and is safer to use eclipse 3.0.1.

- Some of the plugins may still have their version set to 3.1, even though 
they are part of Hyades 3.2. The rationale behind this was to not update 
the version unless the plugin has actually changed. One advantage to this 
is that the update manager doesn't have to download plugins unless they've 
changed.

- Hyades versioning is tricky in general. Originally it started out of 
sync with eclipse, then it was decided to follow the eclipse versioning 
and skip version number 2 and jump straight to 3. Unfortunately though, 
things have gotten out of sync again.. so one can no longer make 
assumptions like Hyades 3.1 runs on eclipse 3.1 - you'll need to read the 
release notes to see which version of eclipse it runs on.
