[news.eclipse.tools.hyades] Trying to profile JBoss App: 'Launching Trac

I'm trying to profile an application which runs in JBoss.
I'm using Eclipse 3.0.1, Hyades 3.1.0_20041019_1201 ('Stable release ...'),
Windows XP, JBoss3.2.5, JBoss-IDE.
Installed the RAServer. Ran the configuration bat file, installed it as a
service.
Yes, the JBOSS_HOME is correct in my plugin configuration file ...
When I start up the JBoss profiler, I get "Launching Tracing Agent" ... and
that's it!

The application runs happily in JBoss.

This is so frustrating ... is this ever going to work? And more importantly,
how?
