[news.eclipse.tools.hyades] How critical is the location of the unzip directory for Data Collection Engine?

I unzipped ALL the files from the downloads into c:/eclipse ... INCLUDING
Data Collection Engine. Oops!

Apart from having committed an RTFM (mea culpa), is this going to cause me
any problems? All the docs assume that the  Data Collection Engine is
outside the Eclipse directory structure ..  I really don't want to have to
go through and prune the directory by hand ... :$

Clarification appreciated ...
