The 3.1.0_20041001_1236 cannot be installed because of a poor feature packaging:

Main feature Hyades 3.1.0 requires the examples (!) and the examples require the 
main feature...

Main feature references the 
org.eclipse.hyades.collection.framework.java.doc.user version 3.0.1 plugin 
instead of the 3.1.0.

Main feature requires the test feature which is not installed by default.

All features included in main feature are marked as "optional".

The Hyades Profiling feature requires plugin org.eclipse.hyades.perfmon version 
3.1.1 (found in the XML: '3.1.01') but version 3.0.1 is delivered.

The Hyades Logging Examples feature requires plugin 
org.eclipse.hyades.trace.sample version 3.1.1 (found version="3.1.01" in the 
XML) bute version 3.1.0 is delivered.
