[news.eclipse.tools.hyades] Hyades Models (3.0.1) does not have a valid license agreement.

I get this message when trying to install Hyades 3.0.1 into eclipse 3.0.1
Hyades Models (3.0.1) does not have a valid license agreement.
Eclipse is installed at:
c:\eclipse\eclipse3.0.1
I've unzipped Hyades 3.0.1 into an install directory:
c:\Hyades\eclipse
And using the eclipse menu Help>Software Updates>find and install
to load it up, won't install because of the licence agreement.
where do i get this licence agreement?
