Hello,

I'm trying localize 3.1.0 stable driver with 3.0.1 NLS fragments,
but I can't. I found that the versions of 3.1.0 stable driver are
declared as <plugin ... version="3.0.0"> in plugin.xml.
Are they mistaken?
