[news.eclipse.tools.hyades] Please remove the .classpath, .project, build.properties files

I get IBM WSWB drivers, which is IBM repackage of Eclipse 2.1.1 drivers. The problem is the hyades plugins are all being distributed with the .classpath, .project, and build.properties files still in them, though they are binary plugins for distribution. This messes up PDE. It thinks they are source plugins instead and it doesn't hook them in and it breaks things because of this.
