[news.eclipse.tools.hyades] Error after installing Hydes

Hi:
   I am trying Hyades for the first time.  I had downloaded
hyades_0.0.1_20030424_1024.zip and installed the hyades.   When I get into
profiler perspective I get "An error has occured when creating this view"
in the profile monitor window.    Am I missing something?  

I am able to run RASERVER.exe successfully.
I am using sub JDK1.4/Eclipse 2.1/GEF 2.0.1 and EMF 1.0.2

    Also is it a reliable tool to profile my tomcat/jboss applications
running within eclipse?
