Greetings,
Reading the newsgroup and web site, I glean an emphasis toward software
test.  But software quality does not arrive merely by facilitating software
test.  I was originally imagining tool support for  collection and mapping
of requirements to functionality, architecture quality attributes (e.g. SEI
ATAM/QAW), peer inspections, etc.  I see one mention of a "defect database"
but none of the others.  How are such capabilities envisaged by this team?
Perhaps as external tools, plug-ins, or --- out of scope?
