Administrative issues

Project Membership

- Mike Norman welcomed the new participants

OMG Interface

-	Mike distributed an FAQ document regarding the relationship between the Hyades project and the OMG
-	A couple of minor comments have been made, but no major revision
-	ACTION - Mike to tidy up and propagate in the public domain
-	Need to prepare similar documents for TTCN3, TRI and TCI, with the help of FOKUS
-	ACTION - Mike to circulate additional documents

Electronic Access Issues

-	Some information circulating in private mailings that should now be made public
-	Decision to make models and explanation documents available first of all, then the discussions can follow
-	All discussions should be available to all groups, value in cross-pollination between groups

Reporting to the Eclipse Board

-	John Duimovich has requested further information on the project
-	Suggestion that the Plans for Plan documents should be made available to John
-	There may have been some confusion within the groups regarding what is required in these documents
-	Need to ask specific workgroups to provide these plans
-	Mike to request instigation of two further Eclipse projects: UML2 and deployment

Development Team Reports

Overall

-	There do not seem to be any issues with team members making time for their specific workgroups
-	Regular call times are viewed as being helpful

Model

-	Behavioural model work - not as common as first thought
-	Notes on group and subgroup calls to be made available Execution Environment
-	the group seems to have an increased level of focus

Data Capture

-	The group were working on producing a driver
-	Need to ask for an update on the status of this

UI

-	Making progress
-	Lots of notes available from their calls

Upcoming release

-	Eclipse release (2.1) is due on 28th March.
-	Seems more and more unlikely that the team will be able to contribute to this
-	Next release (2.11) in June is more achievable

Marcomms

PR

-	Discussed continuity press release
-	ACTION - Melanie draft U2TP/standards press release showing (but not highlighting) the current list of Hyades participants.
-	SAP considering additional release opportunities regarding their 
membership of Eclipse and involvement in Hyades
