[news.eclipse.tools.gef] Help for adjusting elements

Hi,

in some GEF based editors I have seen a functionality which helps the user 
to adjust the graphical elements. If an element is selected and the cursor 
is moved into the environment of another element vertical / horizontal lines 
are shown to help the user adjusting the new element in the context of the 
other element.

Is this some kind of framework functionality or do I have to implement it by 
myself?

I don´t know how to explain the problem in a better way. I hope somebody can 
help me!?
