[news.eclipse.tools.gef] Tutorial for GEF

I am new to GEF.  The only book that I could find that offered a GEF 
tutorial is "Eclipse Development using the GEF and EMF".  However, I am 
finding it difficult to follow, also having trouble trying to get the sample 
applications in the book to work.

Are there other good resources for learning GEF?
