[news.eclipse.tools.gef] GEF TreeViewer upgrade

going by the project plan, it appears there is no demand for a GEF 
outline view (TreeViewer) which is based on the SWT TableTree support. 
is it a good assumption that there is unlikely to be any work done in 
this area? i.e. i can go ahead and write my own without worrying about 
duplication of effort.
