[news.eclipse.tools.gef] TextFlow and BlockFlow is-a Figure?

As I've been fighting battles with TextFlow and BlockFlow, I've been 
seriously doubting the is-a relationship of them to Figure.  They're more 
"kinda-works-like-a" rather than a strict "is-a".  Is it the intention to 
make them fully "is-a" Figure by implementing setBackgroundColor() (which 
doesn't work on TextFlow), setBorder(), etc?

I'm just trying to get a feel for the intention of these little bastards 
(get the pun?  =D).
