Its not a package of code as you might think.  Its actually a plugin
with source code available.  That is all.

So if you want to explore its usage and set breakpoints etc, create
project, and add the plugins source to the project.

then when you start a runtime workspace, and create a file of the
plugin's type, you will get to see it walk through the source code and
hit your break points.

I never added the plugin and compiled it myself, I only watched it do
its thing from within another project.
