Paul,

Given that a particular EPackage and result in quite a large number of 
Java packages, i.e, the interface package, the implementation package, 
the util package, the item providers package, and so on,  it's a lot of 
different things you'd need to generate.  They'd typically not be small 
either, to be useful, so I'm more tending toward the end of your list of 
explicatives. :-P
