I got the code (from the CVS) and read the page ... but I (still) don't 
know how to build the complete emf sdk feature from scratch. The export 
wizard only shows a bunch of my features but not one defined in

org.eclipse.emf/features/org.eclipse.emf.sdk-feature/feature.xml
(also, when i open this directly and press export ...)

Maybe because it's not in the root of the project? Or did I miss 
something else?
