[news.eclipse.tools.cdt] Compile single files - [eclipse CDT]

A fast check of current implementation changes supports the Borland IDE
with compiling single files (header- and cpp-file).
Eclipse CDT supports only a build/make of a whole project. The compilation
of single files is not/would not be helpful if eclipse can really detect
all errors based on the borland and other language extensions.
