[news.eclipse.tools.cdt] Multiply "<unknown>" source windows

Hi,

While debugging windows program with CDT 6.0 (using DSF, did not try with 
Standard Launcher), the main() function cannot be mapped to a source file 
and new <unknown> source window appear.

If I start program several times, there will be several <unknown> source 
files.
It is a little bit annoying to close them all...

Is it possible to to fix it (for example, reuse the <unknown> window if it 
is already exist)?
