[news.eclipse.tools.cdt] Which FAQ is the real FAQ?

In my search for resources on the CDT, I came across two FAQs, both of which 
seem pretty official-looking.  They are:

http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/cdt-home/user/faq.html?root=Tools_Project&view=co

The content seems quite similar, but they're not identical.  Which, if either, 
is to be preferred for newbies like me?
