All,

There is a "resolved" bug for printing line numbers 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=19602 .  It was opened in 
2002....

BUT....

I have the 3.3M7 build and I still can't print line numbers.  Its hard to 
recommend this IDE to my team when there is this glaring omission.  "Great 
IDE, and by the way, here is the work-around so that we can print line 
numbers for code reviews".

Is there something I am missing?  Anyone getting line numbers to print?
