I have the same problem with Linux on a current Ubuntu Edgy Eft Box.
While trying to reduce the source code to the minimum i found out that i
can replicate this problem with this small code:
#include <exception>
using namespace std;

int main(int argc, char **argv)
{
	if (argc > 1)
		throw exception();	
	return 0;
}

in a new C++ executable project created by CDT.
