Hi,

When I ran the update.test.core as automated suite on HP PA_RISC, four
test cases namely testFileNoSiteXMLSite &
testFilePackageExecutableFeatureSite & testSpaceInURL & testSpaceInHTTPURL
are failing with a message "Plugin files not installed locally". 

What is the work around for this and what does the error message mean ?
