The Test & Performance Project will extend and enhance the current Hyades
project (under Eclipse Tools) (see Hyades project info including recent
3.0 release info at http://www.eclipse.org/hyades).  

A key objective is to continue developing the Hyades platform which
provides an open framework upon which to build test and performance tools.
 Some key benefits are improving interoperability amongst disparate tools
and accelerating development of such tools.
