[News.eclipse.test-and-performance] running eclipse on linux

I have a simple questions. If this question is not for this
newsgroup then please refer me to appropriate newsgroup.

q. I unzipped the distribution for Linux
   with infozip util as recommended. I supposed to get
   the eclipse shell script in my install directory, but there
   is no eclipse file in it. Here is a layout of my directory
   after unpackaging the distribution .zip file.

/usr/local/eclipse
[zeev@cl-server eclipse]$ ls -l

I tried also:

 java -cp startup.jar org.eclipse.core.launcher.Main

which didn't help.
