Development has started on a WSDL 2.0 validator. This validator will, like 
the WSDL 1.1 validator, be available in Eclipse, from the command line, 
and as an Ant task.

There is no official target date yet but there should be some working 
version of the validator in the next few months. If you're interested in 
helping with the development of the validator please let me know.
